Centering, Grounding, Releasing and Shielding Meditations:
Every witch knows that staying centered is one of the most important things to do in a time of crisis. Now that we have so much time at home, we've got time to practice. This practice includes Centering, Grounding, Releasing, and Shielding - we practice this everyday. We also do it at the beginning of every ritual, and now you can too. Each meditation is five minutes long, you can do them separately or play them all together for one 20 minute meditation. Please enjoy!
